Double Chai/Teen Community Updates

WELCOME BACK TO DOUBLE CHAI!
WELCOME 7TH GRADE STUDENTS!

Dear Parents and Students,
We are so excited to welcome students back to Double Chai tomorrow night.  As we find ourselves in the midst of the Sukkot holiday, we have so much for which to be grateful!  Let us count the ways:

1) Welcoming 18 7th graders to their first night of Double Chai.
2) Returning to our community pizza dinner.  While the weather is nice and we have light, it will be outside.
3) 47 teens enrolled and counting!  It is the largest Double Chai teen community since we arrived six years ago.

Here are a few things you need to know:
We start with dinner at 5:30 p.m.  Learning experiences take place from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Tomorrow will be a special session with activities to get to know everyone, elective sign-ups, and Sukkot learning.  Please make sure students have masks.  Outside masks optional, inside we mask up.

We look forward to a terrific year of hanging out with friends and having fun learning together.
